Here's a little information about the Swedish National Anthem:
The music to the parting song for the Vasa meetings is the same as the Swedish National Anthem, but the words are of Vasa origin.
The words and music to the anthem were written by Richard Dybeck, who got the inspiration from an old folk song from his home province of Vastmanland.
It was introduced on November 13, 1844, and after several years it finally was established as the National Anthem of Sweden.
Here are the lyrics:
Du gamla, du fria, du fjällhöga Nord, du tysta, du
glädjerika sköna! Jag hälsar dig, vänaste land uppå jord,
din sol, din himmel, dina ängder gröna. Din sol, din
